These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w33game ("w33game", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the w33game platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the w33game platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the w33game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and w33game.

To register and maintain an active account on w33game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. w33game enforces a strict 21+ age restriction and will request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and are not doing so under duress or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of w33game or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through w33game or any connected responsible gaming scheme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by w33game for breach of these Terms.

w33game reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage, including at account registration, prior to processing the first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate by the w33game compliance team.

Each player may register only one (1) account on the w33game platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. w33game employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended immediately.

When registering your w33game account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and your preferred contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. w33game strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify w33game immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

w33game accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise permit any other person to use your account. Any winnings generated through an account that has been transferred or sold will be void and the account will be suspended.

All transactions on the w33game platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w33game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, standard interbank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin and USDT). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain.

w33game applies the following general conditions to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your w33game balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instantaneous.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Cashier section of your w33game account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business day for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within two (2) business days for bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• w33game reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on withdrawals above certain thresholds as required under international AML standards. Additional documentation may be requested before such withdrawals are released.

w33game does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply their own transaction charges, for which w33game accepts no responsibility.

w33game offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each individual offer.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of the bonus validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer table games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. A full game contribution table is available in the Promotions section of the w33game platform.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Circumventing this restriction constitutes bonus abuse.
• w33game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotional offer, or reverse bonus winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or any other conduct intended to exploit the promotion.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting w33game customer support. Opting out of a bonus after it has been applied to your account requires forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

All bets placed on the w33game platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant game or market:

• A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the w33game system and a confirmation reference number is generated. Bets in a "pending" state have not yet been accepted and may be rejected if market odds change materially before acceptance.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or a live market, w33game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by our licensed game studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
• w33game reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing or odds errors. Bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds will be settled at the correct odds or voided at w33game's sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per game. These are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market at the time of placing the bet.

For live in-play sports betting, including cricket and PSL markets, the odds are updated in real time. w33game accepts no responsibility for bets placed on stale or delayed price feeds where such delay is attributable to the player's internet connection or device performance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the w33game platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy or nominee.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials without their explicit written consent.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or collusion with other players, whether within casino games or sports markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate credits, extend game sessions, or manipulate outcomes. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error are void.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using w33game to conduct any transaction that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing w33game staff or other players through any communication channel.

w33game is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We firmly believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to monitor their gaming behaviour regularly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all w33game account holders at no cost and with immediate effect upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your w33game account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w33game and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the w33game platform.

w33game does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w33game makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

In no event shall w33game's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

w33game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, or receipt of a self-exclusion request.

You may close your w33game account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to you via your last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding compliance checks.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, w33game reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, w33game may be legally required to report the matter to relevant authorities and freeze account funds accordingly.

Non-material changes may be implemented without prior notice.

The effective date of the current version of the Terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the w33game platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under w33game's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as designated by w33game.
